Office KIEBER Attorneys at Law Ltd., Vaduz, Liechtenstein, emerged after a change in name and legal form from the law offices chaired by Dr. iur. Guido MEIER, Attorney at law, and lic. iur. HSG Gerhard KIEBER, DES en droit européen, Attorney at law, namely Office MEIER Attorneys at Law, Vaduz, Liechtenstein (2004-2008), and MEIER & KIEBER Attorneys at Law Ltd., Vaduz, Liechtenstein (2008-2020). In 1979 Dr. iur. Guido MEIER had already incorporated Law Office MEIER, Vaduz, Liechtenstein, which he subsequently operated under different styles of firm.

The team of Office KIEBER Attorneys at Law Ltd., namely Dr. iur. Guido MEIER, Attorney at law, lic. iur. HSG Gerhard KIEBER, DES en droit européen, Attorney at law, Dr. iur. et Mag. phil. Ulrich ZELGER, LL.M., Attorney at law, and Dr. iur. Nina MAITZ, LL.M., Attorney at law (AT), establ. Europ. Attorney at law (LI), offers combined expert knowledge and extensive experience in providing legal advice and legal representation before Liechtenstein courts and administrative authorities and in the preparation of legal opinions and engages in the practice of law in different languages (German, English, French, Italian).

The activities of Office KIEBER Attorneys at Law Ltd. have a strong national as well as international bias that covers mandates from natural persons and legal entities under private law as well as institutions under public law for legal work in the most diverse sectors of private law, criminal law, administrative law and constitutional law.

Special mention should also be made of the cooperation between Office KIEBER Attorneys at Law Ltd. and Allgemeines Treuunternehmen (ATU), Vaduz, Liechtenstein, an internationally active trust and advisory company that has its headquarters in Liechtenstein, with subsidiaries and offices in various major financial centres, which has been offering for over 90 years private clients and companies advice and support in the field of regional and international asset structuring, which is contact partner for all financial matters and which provides its clients support in the structuring, protection and investment of assets, as well as in succession planning.
